Common Questions
My score seems wrong — can I dispute it?
Yes. Email us with your reference code and which criteria you'd like reviewed. A teacher will manually check the flagged items and respond with an updated assessment if warranted.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept .docx (Microsoft Word) and .pdf files. For best results, submit a .docx — tables and graphs are parsed more accurately from Word documents.
Can I get a refund?
If a technical error prevented scoring, contact us for a refund or free re-score. Refunds for disagreements with the AI score are not available — use the dispute process instead.
How is my data handled?
Your report is processed securely and not shared with other users. See our

Is the AI score an official IB grade?
No. AI-generated scores are advisory only. They are not official IB marks and should be treated as guidance to help improve your report before final submission.
